EAX has tailored its upgraded, top-mounted DM-type 7+1 battery swap station for heavy-duty trucks to meet customer vehicle models, operational scenarios, and tropical environmental characteristics. Three systems have been deployed and are now operational in Indonesia. This system enables ultra-fast battery swaps in just four minutes, seamlessly adapting to diverse operating scenarios such as ports and mines. It completely resolves the energy replenishment bottleneck for new energy heavy-duty trucks in high-salt and high-humidity environments, fully meeting customers' demands for efficient, stable, and clean operations in the zero-carbon transition.
The EAX heavy-duty truck top-mounted DM-type 7+1 battery swap station adopts a double-box box structure and a single-channel battery swap channel. It is deeply adapted to the customer's 375KWh battery specifications, supports cross-model sharing, and significantly reduces the fleet's battery asset investment and backup power complexity.

To combat Indonesia's extreme environment of high temperature, high humidity, and high dust levels, the station's core components feature corrosion- and dust-proof designs, achieving an IP54 protection rating . The container's internal structure is seismically resistant to level 7, and the exterior is covered with a 50mm layer of Class A fireproof rock wool, ensuring 24/7 stable operation and a battery swap success rate exceeding 99.9%, effectively breaking the contradiction between standardization and fragmentation at the hardware level.
Notably, this battery swap station integrates a multi-mechanism integrated fire protection system with millisecond-level response time. Combined with a physical isolation cabin and pressure relief diversion structure, it rapidly suppresses thermal runaway cells and provides targeted energy release, completely blocking the heat diffusion path. Relying on a cloud-edge collaborative intelligent management and control platform, it provides real-time diagnosis of equipment operating status and battery health, supporting 24-hour unmanned operation .
