A new benchmark in mobile charging: Nengyi Xing is reshaping the smart charging ecosystem with its full-stack in-house R&D capabilities

2026-01-20

As the penetration rate of new energy vehicles continues to rise in both the commercial and passenger vehicle sectors, ‘low charging efficiency, limited applicability to specific scenarios, and high operational and maintenance costs’ have become the core pain points constraining the industry’s development. Leveraging its core advantages of ‘on-demand deployment, flexibility and efficiency, and comprehensive coverage’, mobile charging has evolved from a policy-driven initiative into a market necessity, emerging as a key sector for addressing range anxiety and driving the high-quality development of the new energy industry.

Industry Pain Points Come to the Fore; Mobile Charging Emerges as the Solution

In scenarios such as ports, mines, long-haul transport and urban mobility, the charging requirements for new energy vehicles vary significantly, and the shortcomings of traditional charging models have become glaringly apparent, acting as bottlenecks to industry development. In the commercial vehicle sector, port shuttle buses and mining heavy-duty trucks require frequent charging to ensure operational continuity; however, the concentrated layout of fixed charging stations leads to congestion, and the time spent charging electric heavy-duty trucks accounts for 20% of operational hours, significantly hindering freight turnover; In remote settings such as mines, fixed charging stations are constrained by terrain and grid limitations; compared to mobile charging stations, they occupy 60% more space and require 45% higher investment in power infrastructure, whilst also being prone to frequent faults due to harsh environments. Long-haul transport, meanwhile, faces issues of sparse station coverage and inconsistent standards, with insufficient coverage on remote routes hindering cross-city operations.

The pain points of passenger vehicle charging are equally pronounced. With China’s new energy vehicle fleet exceeding 40 million units, the installation rate of private charging points stands at just 35%. Over 60% of vehicle owners face the dilemma of ‘difficult and slow charging’. Compounded by issues such as insufficient parking spaces and cumbersome approval processes for installing charging points, the current vehicle-to-charging-point ratio remains at 2.38:1, with a significant shortage of public charging points that directly impacts the revenue of taxis and ride-hailing services.Special scenarios such as cold chain logistics and emergency response demand even higher adaptability from equipment. At low temperatures, lithium-ion battery charging efficiency drops by 10–20%, making it difficult for traditional fixed equipment to ensure continuous and safe charging.Traditional fixed charging stations are constrained by site availability, grid capacity and costs, making it difficult to meet diverse demands—charging point coverage in third- and fourth-tier cities and rural areas is less than 20%, in stark contrast to first-tier cities. Furthermore, they cannot respond rapidly to dynamic changes in operational scenarios, resulting in severely inadequate charging efficiency and adaptability.

Commercial vehicles require frequent, rapid battery swapping to ensure operational timeliness, while passenger vehicles seek a convenient and flexible charging experience; specialised operational scenarios, meanwhile, impose stringent demands on equipment regarding environmental adaptability and reliability during continuous operation.Traditional fixed charging stations, constrained by site availability, layout and cost, struggle to meet complex and dispersed charging demands. The emergence of mobile charging has effectively filled this market gap; with its advantages of flexible deployment and on-demand adaptability, it has become the key to resolving these pain points and driving penetration across all scenarios.

End-to-end in-house technology builds a core competitive barrier for mobile charging

Nengyixing has specialised in the mobile energy supply sector, building an integrated end-to-end solution comprising ‘hardware equipment + intelligent systems + service support’ centred on its self-developed Nengyu series of products. This product range forms a flexible and efficient ‘mobile energy network’, precisely addressing diverse scenario requirements such as emergency energy replenishment and temporary power supply.

The product portfolio is extensive, ranging from mobile charging and storage vehicles—which can store and transport 2MWh of electricity and function as “mobile power banks”—to mobile power supply vehicles equipped with universal battery packs that provide “wireless power” to remote construction sites. It also includes mobile charging vehicles for everything from emergency fast charging of passenger cars to high-power recharging of commercial vehicles, as well as mobile battery-swapping vehicles that provide on-site rapid battery replacement for ports and mines.Through its innovative “vehicle-storage sharing” platform and standardised battery packs, the Nengyu series overcomes the constraints of site location and grid infrastructure, truly realising safe and reliable “on-demand energy delivery”, and serving as an indispensable extension and supplement to fixed charging facilities.

Looking ahead, Nengyi Xing will continue to deepen its commitment to the energy replenishment sector. Through superior products, comprehensive solutions and attentive service, we aim to bring the benefits of smart energy replenishment to a wider user base, injecting strong momentum into the global energy transition and jointly building a new ecosystem of smart, green and efficient energy replenishment!
